Why would a super strong team have a lv 14 geodude, lv 18 staravia, and lv 33 lucario? My team only has pokemon above level 60 except lv 57 crobat who i just bring so that i can fly.

I love pokemon and my team on pearl is supper strong it has my empoleon level 93,lucario level 33,mesprit level 53,giratina level 70, geodude level 14, and last but not least staravia level 18.
